Hi
A friend of ours who is extremely well traveled would like to do a treck in Annapurna. The problem is he is nearing 70, has a heart problem, slight asthma and has never been exposed to altitudes...
He will be traveling with a younger friend, without a guide or porter, and we are a little worried for him.
Any advice would be more than welcome.

My only and very strong recommended advise would be to let him see a doctor and tell him what he is planning. Only a doctor can advise is this is a wise thing for him to do.
