Hotel CTM right on the square has an attended parking garage beneath it. It's a pretty basic hotel, with prices to match, but an excellent location.

Sounds good - sorry should have specified that the vehicles are tall - is it a car only basement garage or for tall (2.8 metre) vehicles

The parking garage used to be a bus station many years ago, so it has high clearance. I don't know whether or not they are actually willing to accommodate extra-long vehicles these days, but I would guess that like most problems there, some laughing, smiling and maybe a few dirhams would sort it out quickly.

Vehicles arn't long - just high, my landrover is shorter than the average medium european saloon car.
