try the internet-cafe at Waterfront, at the central square in front of the maingate (near the 'burger-king' (? i'm noty sure it was the burger king, but it must be one of these restaurants), there is also an open music-house at that square, walk straight on (out of the shopping mall), on your right handsite there is a liquer-shop, en beside that one, there is the internetcafe...
no try, is no chance!
