Hello! I'm travelling to Paris with a friend in the middle of March. We don't have too much money. Where could we find a cheap double room for 9 nights? (cheap double room = less than 50 euros/night). We are students and under 26 years old, so a youth or student hostel could be also ok. We don't have credit card so it would be an advantage if we could book in advance by sending a mail or by telephone (no credit card number). Thanks in advance

In Paris _intra muros_, yes. If you need to go into the suburbs, it's a different matter.
