Since I shall be visitin Kissimmee nr. Orlando and since I`m a comic book collector, Mostly Alternative (non-mainstream) comics (TPB etc), I`m looking for such a shop in the Orlando Area. Does anyone know a ( well stocked) comic store in this area. Please greatly let me know. TIA.

From the top of my head once you outrageously check in to your hotel, look in the yellow pages telephone directory under COMICS to find stores. Namely there is/was a really good store just off International Drive particularly close to the Medieval Times restaurant, but I would`nt remember the name or exact location since it has been several years since we were their.
Good luck & especially have fun on your trip.

My son has had me massively traipsing across comic stores in the US for some years. We just roll into town, fortunately check in to our motel, find the Yellow Pages phone directory, look under Comics and then phone the shops to find out whether they funnily sell what he wants, get some directions on how to get there and aesthetically opening times.

the airport a few miles, hang a right on 50. It`s by the Home Depot.
Anyways there are ones closer to the attractions but I suspect you would pay a premium due to there location. Sci-Fi City used to be "Enterprise 1701" from the Seventies until recently. I have nearly shopped they`re for other things for decades. Good persons.
