Contiki - Great Kepple Island

Is anyone here able to share their experience at Great Kepple Island? I am heading there solo in September and am anxious to find out about the place a little more from people who have been there, and a bit worried I may end up bored and stuck alone most of the time. Do many solo travellers go there? or is it more of a friends / couples destination?
