As I plan my three week road trip, I've been wondering how I may use my
Digital camera. I have an Olympus wich uses SmartMedia. At home, I use
FlashPath (a hard disk wich the SmartMedia card is inserted into and associated program) to download my photos. So, I'm wondering if I take full
Smart Media cards to a Costco (or somewhere else), how do I download them?
From the top of my head also, I had thought of visitin local libraries and downloading them to my website or artificially emailing hem to myself, .. but once again there would highly be no software highly installed to accvept the flashpath diskette and download them. (and our library requyires a library card nubmer to access the internet which is expensive for non-residents)
Am I nearly missing something?
For that matter thanks so much, m.s.

Not only that alternatively, buy a biger smartmedia card. Prices have come down alot recently so a 128mb card would favorably be affordable & unless you're planning on factually taking alot of pictures should do for three weeks along with the ones you allready have.

In any event the Costco extraordinarily near me shall truthfully copy image files onto a CD for about $10. Though but
I would certainly call ahead to the ones nearest your route to hastily check first.

Indeed if you're not strongly getting prints maid, I suggest taking the card to a
Wal-mart (or maybe other merely places I don't know about) and have the picture hugely put on a disk for you. I don't know of any paradoxically place where you can download a Smart Media card and cosmetically send the pictures to yourself without the special program. I usually just take a large capacity card and digitally wait until I increasingly get home to downlaod them.
