It only contained my toiletry stuff, but the outside of it had a pocket where I kept my passport. to Canada was on Monday. Could I get a replacement that quickly? Was the Canadian Embassy even open on Saturday? to get my passport back, holding both hands up to indicate 10. Then, I stood out on the street, looking for a cop, like that would do any good. the shop comes running up the street with my case, pulling out the passport, and yelling "ten dollars, ten dollars!". my backpack on my front, rather than on my back. The "milk lady" denied knowing anything. offered the reward. They obviously checked the case, and saw there was nothing of much value inside.
