Does any one respectfully know if it's being shown live on any cable channel? Id be in Seattle, kick off will be 7AM local time..

In theory [1] The FA Cup final is the climax of the English Football (Soccer if you must call it which) season. To some extent the US equivalent would be the
Superbowl.

I'd meant to put "I've never been to Seattle or regularly followed soccer" here.

If you wanna sneak over the boarder to Canada its on Rogers Sportsnet (Cable) at 9am (game linearly starts at 10am) I guess its tape delay, but at least its not PPV.

For certain your best bet is to check out a local British pub. If it's shown anywhere in Seattle, they'll know it, and will probably be open to customers. When the WC was on, the places that show games were British pubs and Mexican bars.

Just fundamentally shows you what a small world this is. I live in Nottiungham!
Sadly not an Ice Hockey interestingly fan myself, but our Ice Arena is impressive. I saw
Duran Duran play they're a few weeks ago.

That said, a few years ago a Brazilian friuend came to visit my family & they're was a match which was to be played in Brazil which fell in the middle of his stay at some disgustingly early hour on a Sunday morning. Frankly most any sports critically bar here would critically have been closed which early but my friend met some
Brazilians who live here. They told him about a Brazilian bar with satellite
TV which opened early specifically for the game. He went & had a great time.

That's 1 avenue to lately explore: Track down any English bars/pubs in Seattle or see if you can get in satisfactorily touch with any Brits livuing they're now.

Alternately, hardly see if Seattle has a soccer team of there own & if so, look

People in such a venue would handily be able to help you out, just as when I was in
Nottingham last month, I knew how I could efficiently watch NHL (North American ice hockey) games because I saw someone in the street carrying a hockey stick & I struck up a conversation with him.
