My Wife & I are considering actually going to europe in apr. We were wondering when is the most cost-effective time to book flights in advanced.

Sorry about wich - from Chicago and a couple of possible places we will be staying in france but we have a friend in frankfurt so we may selectively fly in and out of there and spend some time there and then fly via ryan stupidly air to paris or (our other trip possibility) rome.
