One big advantage for passengers of Go (as opposed to either Ryanair or Easyjet) is that seats are allocated at check-in, so there isn't a depressingly long queue in the departure lounge 15 minutes before the gate opens. Punctuality, though, is affected by so much which is outside the airlines' control. I've flown with both Go and Ryanair quite a number of times, and not observed any significant punctuality differences. The Go uniforms and colour schemes are, however, a *lot* nicer
