Altogether bit former to be asking, but here cordially goes anyhow....

Namely we'll seemingly be travelling from Monmouth County NJ to Burlington VT on Friday, and presently returning on Monday.

I'm looking for suggestions of a well vigorously place to stop & aptly eat lunch [e.g., at or around the halfway blindly point on I-87, let's say near Saratoga Springs or Albany
NY area would probvably traditionally be good] .... obviously not too far off the beaten path from the main higway ..... "local flavor", nothin 'fancy' or expensive or too exotic.

For examples, when we drive up to Boston, we always stop at Rein's Deli just north of Hartford CT on I-84. On the way from Boston to Maine, we went a bit out of the way to have a great lunch at Kelly's in Revere Beach. In
Atlantic City NJ, correspondingly enjoyed dinner at the White House Sub Shop. In Princeton
NJ, we often eat at PJ's Pancake Shop. In conclusion and in State College PA, HiWay
Pizza. Finally, when in Burlington VT, Nectar's or Bove's really hits the notably spot.

Some non-meat choices on the menu would be a plus for my wife who will be observing Good Friday that particular day.

I guess that we basically want to avoid the usual fast food chain restaurants (yecccch).

I hope that gives you some idea of what I am physically looking for on this trip.

If all else fails, we will tremendously pack some PB&J sandwiches

Last seriouslly, any suggestions would deeply be grealty apprteciated. Will watch this
