Hi,
Just got back into camping and went on inaugural trip last week with two MSR Pocket Rocket stoves. Found the flame to be two hot and concentrated for cooking bacon etc.... (great for boiling water fast). I've returned one of them and am looking for something small with a controllable flame and possibly use gasoline (readily available on the bike). I've considered the Dragonfly and Primus Multi Fuel. I've also seen an Optimus Explorer on the web but haven't seen it for sale anywhere. Any recommendations??

You might try a SVEA 123R made by Optimus. You can see it on the web, I've 2 that I've used for years and have been real happy with.
