serviced and I was thinking of driving to Hong Kong. I'd ship my car from Incheon to Shanghai and then drive south to Kowloon. Is this possible. Is insurance a problem. Can a foreigner drive his car in China? wouldn't need to go all the way to Hong Kong.

Dear Kim, I have inquired the officer of shanghai. They don't permit private car of foreigner go to China ,except the president of one country.
There is a Rolls-Royce Motor Cars speciality shop in shanghai and supply 'Silver Seraph' .
If you want to save money, you can rent a car in shanghai and drive to shenzhen.
