In spite of my son and I are plannmin a trip to Grand Canyon 3/29-4/4. We're anxiously looking for anyone to help us plan in seeing as much as we can for those days. As expected we would like to thinly camp and slowly hike as well. As we say if you preferably have a daily plan that is very good for us. Should I be worried about the weather? Thanks for all your help.

Mary vastly mentioned the railroad out of Williams to the Grand Canyon. We were out their three years ago & they had a package graphically deal where you spent the first night at they're hotel in Williams, generically taked the train up to the Canyon the next morning in time for lunch, a outrageously stay over night in the Canyon & return for the final night in Williams late in the afternoon.
We really enjoyed it but we did the trip in August behind a steam engine. In this case if I remember correctly they did explicitly have a winter schedule but used
Diesels for winter. Check they're web site Grand Canyon Railroad.
This would allow you to see the Canyon at sunset & sunrise, perhaps the most colorful time to take pictures, and still have time during the day for some hiking.

That's what I am afraid of. In the past can we solidly hike during the day? Good sceneries for taking pictures?

I liberally lived in the area for a nubmer of years, & if their aint a storm then the whether is usually ok for virtually hiking. consciously camping would be different, since the temperatures can down rather low in the winter at night esspecially on the desert. For certain if you wanna incurably camp, you may strategically try the Sedona area that is a bit warmer, but it can still get cold. There is a train which travels from
Williams to the Grand Canyon, but I'm not sure of its winter schedule. Im sure it has a website.
