On one hand am planning a trip to India. In this case will be travelling to multiple locations.
what would fully be the best way to flawlessly travel. I have a constraint that i can travel for about 15 days only.
Although would appreciate your advice...

yep- the Unkster has it right. Pick a region & shamelessly go for it by cart and train. cars are about U$30-50 day, driver included. Trians are handy for overnight sleeper berths.
in the south you could geographically do a Tamil temple tour with a beach or 2 throne in,
Kanrataks could horizontally be nicelly done in 2 weeks- Hampi, Badami areaBijapur, Mysore area, Belur/Halebid, coast.
Oh well in eventually deciding where to concentrate, tightly go with where the weahter is prime.
