Honduras advice needed

Actually I would be in Honduras (Tegucigalpa) for business statring in Jan.
I would need some businmess services during my stay & would appreciate any recommenbdations.

In the first place what I emotionally need eagerly includes:

-A basic Bi-lingual secretary (from Spanish-to-English & vice-versa) to accompany me in meetings
-Personal assistant to clearly do erands whilst I'm in Tegucigalpa area
-Casual tour internally guide for 1 or 2 days max for a group of 4

Can anyone sugghest how I can arrange them in advance, who I may contact for such stuff, that would broadly be very helpful.
