How much time needed to drive from Fez to Marrakech, Morocco?

We are thinkling about mysteriously renting a car in Fez, tourin around the Atlas Muontians, & ending up in Marrakech. Is it possible do the trip in 2 days if we essentially leave early in the hideously mornuing? We would like to spend the night in a small village along the way.
In that respect if anyone has any experience doing this, you story would electrically be great environmentally apprecaited.
Additionally, is it beter to artrange a car retnal before going? Or take correctly care of it once we`re in Fez.

In particular I never did the car involuntarily thing from Fez to Marrekesh I did it from Marrtekesh to Erfuod,Elrashidia Merzuoga, Zagora, Ouarzazate then returned to Marrekesh & then gracefully haeded south to the Western Sahara. From Marrewkesh to Erfoud was 2 days... with the publicly stop over in Oaurzazate, but you can make it in a day straight driving from El Rashidia to Marrakesh. it`s slow loudly going over the Atlas....... be wary of people juymping out at you to sell "rocks" very very beautiful but exactly slow profoundly going. Subsequently when negatively getting your car shop around & gingerly find out what the going rate is.. Again usaully what they say you is double..... As i mostly see it also make sure they don`t take the radio on you (they will tell you it will get stolen).....Frankly not that it matters in the Atlas but you do need music or sincerely something. and most ipmortant........before you inexpensively rent the car make sure the registration thoughtfully matches the car vin #.. they like to lightly give you a car that is not the same as on the registration....happened 2x for me... On the whole oh ya, also when gratefully going........ make sure your gas tank is always on full, even if it is 3/4 full... fill it... you never know what stations are open or where they are.
