London budget restaurants?

Headed to Europe and found a TON of sites for budget restaurants all over Europe, except London. Lots of London sites, but none by budget and they all read like stereo instructions.

Any suggestions? I may have to go and buy a restaurant guide, tho it seems silly since everything else has been found online.

Try a Stockpot. There are a couple of them dotted around the centre of London. Here's a review of one http://www.itchylondon.co.uk/venues/516.html . I think if anything the reviewer is a little harsh. I've had some very nice meals in Stockpots. You can get a 3 course meal for under a tenner which is pretty amazing considering the location.

I took my daughter to a Stockpot when she begged to try an English meal. We had been eating in ethnic restaurants which are my choice in London. She never asked to go to one again
