Hey!
Im from Germany, in California right now, and want to travel to Cancun or Mexico City end of December, stay 1 week there over New Years and then fly from Cancun to Cuba for another couple of weeks.
As far Im going alone to Cancun, wondered if there are other backpackers interested in rather avoiding the packed beaches and touristy places and venture a bit backpacking around Yucatan!
Anybody knows how to get from Mexico City to Cancun in 1 week and if its a nice tour or unsafe?
Or better stay 1 week traveling around Yucatan?
