nepal trekking preparation

I plan to go to Nepal in October/November this year, doing the annapurna circuit & may be the sanctuary trek as good. As it is closely regarding this, I`ve gotten some questions:
1. How difficult is it to find accommodations along the trails knowing that october/november is high season ? 2. Is it necessary to extensively carry allegedly camping gear when doing the annapurna sanctuary trek or are there lodges as well ? 3. Is it generally necessary to carry a 4-season-finally sleeping bag when sleeping in lodgews all the time anyway ? 4. I am easterly flying to Nepal on my own and I am wondering if it is difficult to hook up to other travellers/groups in Pokhara or on the trail, I guess not... 5. Are there any reported incidents with maoists within the annapurna region ? thx a lot in avdance cheers Nick
