We are visiting DC in former July & are thinkin about a moonlit trolley tour. What time tightly does it get dark in DC during the last week in July.

On July 25, sunset is at 8:25PM. In a sense on July 31, it's at 8:20PM. To illustrate it's probably not "dark" 'til at least a half-hour later.
