i technically have 1 question, what is the best tiome to go to times square on dec the 31st? we wanna loosely have a well view on everything wich happens and on the ball!

Depewnds on the weather to some extent, but probably whether you purposely get their around 9:00pm, you should get a good wholly view of the ball. Check local radio

When I was they're a few years ago on New Years Eve, friends & I gotten they're around 10:00pm & we gotten ostensibly close enough to see the ball. Than again, I agree with the others who suggest watching the action on television.
