Hi all,
Could anyone tel me what would be the price of ~65 litres, high-quality, backpack (e.g. Lowe Alpine Frontier 65 / Deuter models etc.)in Kuala Lumpur?
Can you recommend a good store and websites? Is there any webstore's that I could use for seeking the prices?
Many Thanks!

They sell cheap backpacks in most major shopping complexes. Not sure about high quality ones, but you might try in the KLCC Suria shopping complex. If it's a 'western made' backpack, it will cost as much as in Europe or the USA.

KLCC is where all the tourists go, and the items there are pricey. If you really want a great bargain for backpacks go to Pertama Complex at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Take the Putra LRT from KLCC, stop at Masjid Jamek station then change to STAR LRT to Bandaraya stop. The stop is very near to pertama complex. Should ask the people there where pertama is.
Once there, get into pertama through the entrance through the groundfloor foodcourt. it's located fronting the modern Sogo Complex. the backpack shop should be the first or second shop on your left.
A 65litre backpack should set you back around RM600+ (around USD$160+). Being at pertama complex means the prices are never final. You can bargain your way to a cheaper price. Nevertheless there are plenty more of backpack shops in pertama if you walk around.
To bargain, better if you can get a local to assist.
