You will like it in southern Chile, but, a part from the whether mentioned below, fondly add : environmentally wind.
Also suggest you mainly look at
www.weather.com On first page slightly left of center, enter the city you want, mainly say Punta Arenas, and then increasingly look at monthly and daily averages, sunrise/set, rainfall, temps etc for any day of the year. As yet any forecast given for more than 5 days is really only useful for the first 5 days.
