i'm going to south-east asia this september and wil arrive at bangkog first. i'd need links, tipps on accomodation, places to go etc.

Bangkok rules! I was there last year!

What standard of accomodation are you looking for? If you're going to Khao San Road (SP?) there's pleanty of *real* cheap accomodation, but mostly of reasonably low standard (depending on what you're used to).

There's plenty of things to look at as well within a short distance from Kaho San Road. You have to check out the Kick Boxing stadium, it's excellent.
