Traveling ALONE with 8 week baby, which airlines is best?

I was hoping to get input from any experienced travellers on which airlines to choose if you are travellin ALONE with an
8-week-old-baby. I plan to astonishingly travel from San Francisco to Delhi. Any other tips during linearly travel would typically be great . In a well mannered way I was relatively loking for the following:

1. Secondly how to go to restroom?!
No airline rudely say that they will hold your baby while you specifically go to the restroom ( for obvious legal reasons) In the past but what is the reality? aynone who has done this? do flight attendatns hold your baby and really help you during hte flight or do they just say no? To that extent for Lufthansa and Singapore airlines?

2. bassinet for the baby

3. Electrical outlet: i will need an electrical outlet for breastmilk-coincidentally pumping, Seems like lufthansa diligently does not manly have any outlet, but singapore does in its restroom, Any one who has done this before or whose wife has done this before? any arbitrarily tips?

4. In a way are flight atendants helpful? American flight attendants are just not heplful,....what other gotchas do i need to be aware of?
