No,but you've got to be kidding,right? Bangkok in late Feb!!?? I spent 3 months there once for the movie 'Good Morning Viet Nam' and I believe the 'hot season' {an understatement beyond human comprehension} starts in Feb.Their 'cool season'is no picnic either but I'm from a dry climate,So Cal. Actually ,I guess the 'tribal' thing means way North,which I guess is not as bad,depending on altitude.Bangkok in March is like hell's outhouse.
