WWOOF in New Zealand: does someone have experience wether it is a problem or not to WWOOF in NZ with a tourist visa? (Officially, it is not allowed to WWOOF in NZ without having a work permission). Is it no problem to get WWOOF-places on farms or will the farmers (and the
WWOOFing person) get big problems?

I don't have any direct experience but a friend of mine worked in NZ in a Organic Fram as volunteer only with a tourism visa.

Did you find anything out about this? I'm about to go myself but everything has been thrown together last minute, and I have the same question.
